HELD. - The trial court did not abuse its discretion in permitting the prosecutor to ask leading questions of Irelands son. Statements of the social worker were not inadmissible hearsay under UCA 76-5-411. Hearsay from ex-wife was properly excluded. Amendment of the information at trial was not reversible error, and the evidence was sufficient. The jury instruction on reasonable doubt, in context, did not present reversible error.
